The Jetta is back for 2019 and this time with a new look thanks to a full redesign. The sophisticated sedan is slightly longer, wider and taller for 2019 with sharper exterior styling and a larger grille. The 2019 Jetta also has a more confident stance and overall road presence thanks to the sedan’s longer wheelbase and shorter sheet metal overhangs on the sedan's body.
Other updates include more safety and convenience features and a new SEL Premium trim. In fact, it’s high-end technologies, like the Beats audio system, that gives the 2019 Volkswagen Jetta another level of sophistication. To best showcase all that the 2019 Jetta is capable of, we have put the sleek new sedan head-to-head against the 2019 Kia Forte. Here's how the two models compare.

Kia’s new Forte has also been completely redesigned for 2019 and boasts a spacious cabin with a variety of high-tech features, including standard Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, dual-zone automatic climate control and much more. Even with its strengths, the 2019 Kia Forte struggles to overcome a stiff ride experience.
Compared to the 2019 Volkswagen Jetta, it doesn’t offer as much passenger space and those sitting in the rear seats of the Forte will not have as much legroom.
